Mercury Marine Engines
Coastal Marine Engineering is certified for Mercury sales and service: gas and diesel, outboard and inboard. A portable kicker, a pair of Verados on the transom, a diesel inboard under the hatch. It’s all work we’re trained, equipped, and certified to take on.

What Mercury builds.
Outboards · 2.5–600 hp
Mercury’s FourStroke outboards run 2.5 to 300 hp across six model families, from portable tiller motors up to full V6/V8 offshore power. The Verado line steps up further with supercharged inline-6, V8, V10, and V12 models, topping out at the 600 hp V12, currently the most powerful production outboard on the water.
Sterndrive & inboard, gas · 200–430 hp
The 4.5L V6, 6.2L V8, and 8.2L V8 platforms: engines built specifically for marine use rather than adapted from automotive blocks.
Mercury Diesel · 115–270 hp
The 2.0L, 2.8L, 3.0L, and 4.2L platforms, for boaters who want diesel’s fuel efficiency (Mercury cites up to 50% better than a comparable gas engine) without the weight and noise diesels used to mean.
